Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. Riders ship seats in to the Pinckney shop from across the country. You pack and ship it in, Scott rebuilds it, then ships it back ready to bolt on.

Can I drop off my seat locally?

Absolutely. The shop is at 8880 Rushview Dr, Pinckney, MI 48169. Drop-off is welcome during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9–5).

What's the turnaround time?

Most custom builds take 2–4 weeks depending on schedule and materials. Simple repairs are often faster. Scott will give you a realistic timeline when you call.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Every seat carries our Craftsmanship Guarantee. If it doesn't ride right when it leaves the shop, it doesn't leave the shop.

Can you match my bike's paint?

Yes. Send photos of the bike and we'll color-match leather or vinyl, stitching thread, and accent piping.
